What is the You Tweaking AI trend?
The You Tweaking AI video is a ten-second, two-person bit in a plain grey studio. The one on the left twirls a finger and says "Let me see you do a 360." The one on the right turns once, all the way round, and holds out a small tan handbag. The first one loses it completely: fist to the mouth, shoulders shaking, a laugh that has no business being that big. The one with the bag looks at them, deadpan: "You tweaking." And the reply, still laughing: "I'm tweaking? How?"

"Tweaking" is slang for acting strange or erratic, and the joke is the gap between how ordinary the 360 is and how hard the other person laughs at it. That gap is why it works with any two people: your friend who can't keep a straight face, your partner showing off a new bag, two siblings.
The meme comes from a short clip of a YouTube "20 vs 1" dating-show video, filmed in a white studio and reposted on TikTok in July 2024, where the biggest copies passed 6 and 7 million views. In October 2026 AI video sites turned it into a two-photo template, and recasts with TV characters spread on Instagram. Here you make it with your own faces: add two photos (or one, and a made-up stranger does the 360), check the free preview still, then make the video.
Our version is new footage made by the AI from your photos: a plain studio, plain clothes (a navy jumper on the left, a white T-shirt and jeans on the right), an unbranded tan bag and the model's own voices. It doesn't use the original clip or the people in it. If you want the original audio, add the sound in TikTok when you post.
Is the You Tweaking trend still growing?
Breaking as an AI trend. The meme itself is from July 2024; an AI video site first added it as a two-photo template on 20 Oct 2026 (per MakeViral), Ausar AI's TV-character reel passed 217K likes within two days, and MakeViral added its template on 23 Oct. Tag counts are still small: #hetweakin had 178 TikTok videos and 1.6M views on 22 Oct (MakeViral's read).
How to do the You Tweaking trend: by hand or in one click
By hand: put your photo into the scene with an image model, regenerate until the face looks like you, give that still to an image-to-video model with the moves written out, then check the face holds to the last frame.
Here, in one click: add a photo for each person, see a free preview still of you in the scene, then make the 1080p video from it. You pay only when it’s ready.
You Tweaking mixes
- With a friend
- Just you: The one on the right is in no photo: an invented ordinary adult stranger, in the frame from the first frame to the last, no celebrity, with a face and hair clearly different from the one on the left, in a plain white T-shirt and blue jeans, holding the small tan handbag; two people in all
Photo tips for You Tweaking
- One sharp, front-facing photo per person, chest up or closer, face well lit: both of you are framed from mid-thigh up, so the face has to carry it.
- Order matters: photo 1 is the one who asks for the 360 and laughs (left), photo 2 is the one who turns and shows off the handbag (right).
- The outfits come from the scene (a navy jumper on the left, a white T-shirt and jeans on the right), so any photo works; your own face, hair, facial hair and glasses stay.
- Take off sunglasses and hats.
- Just you? Pick "Just you" and add one photo: you ask for the 360 and laugh; the one with the handbag is a made-up stranger.
- One adult per photo: your own, or someone who said yes. Never a child, a celebrity or a stranger's photo.
Who to cast
- You and the friend who can't keep a straight face
- You and your partner, after a new bag
- Two siblings, one of whom always laughs at the wrong moment
- Just you, laughing at a stranger's 360

One clear, front-facing photo per person (or pet). This template has room for 2. Add up to 3 photos of each for a closer likeness.

How do I make the You Tweaking AI video?
Three steps. 1) Pick "With a friend" and add two clear photos: photo 1 asks for the 360 and laughs, photo 2 does the turn with the handbag. Or pick "Just you" and add one. 2) Check the free preview still of you both in the studio, ready in about a minute. 3) If it looks right, press Make: the 10-second 1080p video is 100 credits ($6.99), charged only when it's delivered.
What does "you tweaking" mean?
"Tweaking" is slang for acting strange, jumpy or over the top. In the meme, one person laughs so hard at an ordinary 360 that the other calls it out: "Oh, he tweaking." The laugher's answer, "I'm tweaking? How?", is the second half of the joke.
Where is the You Tweaking meme from?
From a short clip of a YouTube "20 vs 1" dating-show video filmed in a white studio in July 2024, according to MakeViral. It spread on TikTok that month: the biggest reposts we found have 7.6 million and 6.8 million views (our read, 23 Oct 2026). The people in it are private individuals, so we don't name or show them.
Why is it trending again in October 2026?
AI video sites made it a two-photo template from 20 Oct 2026 (per MakeViral), and Ausar AI's recast with two TV-drama characters passed 217K likes on Instagram within two days. The format suits any two people, which is why it spreads as a duo trend.
Can I do it on my own?
Yes. Pick "Just you" and add one photo. You're the one who asks for the 360 and cracks up; the one who turns with the handbag is a made-up stranger who looks like nobody real.
Which photo goes where?
Photo 1 stands on the left: they ask "Let me see you do a 360", laugh, and say "I'm tweaking? How?". Photo 2 stands on the right: they turn once with the handbag and say "You tweaking." Swap the photos if you want the other parts.
Does it use the original audio?
No. The voices and the laugh are made by the AI model, and the lines are short and cast-neutral ("You tweaking." instead of "Oh, he tweaking"), so they fit whoever laughs. For the original sound, add it in TikTok when you post.
Do our own clothes stay?
No: the scene dresses you, so it looks like the meme whatever photos you use. The one on the left wears a plain navy jumper and brown trousers, the one on the right a white T-shirt and jeans with a plain tan handbag. Your faces, hair, facial hair and glasses come from your photos.
Is the preview free?
Yes. The preview still is free and shows how you'll look in the scene. You only pay when you make the video: 100 credits ($6.99).
Can I use someone else's photo?
Only an adult who has said yes. Never a child, a celebrity or a stranger's photo.
