About Jump on the Trend who we are and how we work
Jump on the Trend tracks the AI video remake trends spreading on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and lets you put yourself, a friend or your pet into the exact viral clip. Add a selfie, see a free preview still, then get the full video for 100 credits ($9.90). We're a small, new site run from Ireland, and since 14 Oct 2026 no new trend goes live until the person who runs the site approves it.
An AI trend tracker you can step into
We follow one kind of trend: a real viral clip that strangers are remaking with new faces. When one takes off, we cut out the seconds everyone copies and you swap yourself in. Pick a trend, add a selfie and you get a free preview still of you in the scene, usually in under a minute. If you like it, the full video takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and we email you when it's ready.
It's a face swap. Your face, hair, facial hair and your own glasses come from your photo. The performer's body, clothes and moves stay, and so do the camera, the setting and the clip's own sound. Pets go in as the whole animal. When a trend's TikTok sound differs from the clip's, you add it in TikTok when you post. Two-person trends take a photo of each of you, and your friend has to say yes first.
A video costs 100 credits ($9.90) whether it stars one person, two or your pets, in 1080p HD. Credits are spent only once the video is ready, and they come back by themselves if it fails.

Jump on the Trend in numbers, 16 Oct 2026
A snapshot, read on 16 Oct 2026. View counts are our estimates: a ≈ on a trend card means estimated, and each trend page gives the likely range and the date we read it. How we estimate views explains the method.
| What | On 16 Oct 2026 |
|---|---|
| Domain registered | 13 Oct 2026. We're new, and we'd rather say so. |
| Trends you can make | 8: three for one person (Bulin 47, Rumpelstiltskin, Burning Bridges), three for two (Hotel Lobby, Raindance, Alors on Danse) and two for pets (I Wanna Love You, Smalltown Boy Cats). Rumpelstiltskin and Burning Bridges also take a friend; Burning Bridges is in beta. |
| Where we track them | TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts |
| Clip length | About 9 to 28 seconds, only the part people copy |
| Biggest trend on the site | Bulin 47: about 370M views across TikTok, Reels and Shorts, likely between 210M and 745M (our estimate) |
| Latest approval | I Wanna Love You, approved on 16 Oct 2026 |
| How fast remake trends peak | A median 4.5 days from the first AI remake to the Google search peak, across the 6 AI video remakes of 2026 we timed |
| One video | 100 credits ($9.90), in 1080p HD |
| Your photos | Gone 30 days after they're made, or at once with Delete my data |
Each trend's own page lists the posts its numbers were read from.
How a trend gets on the site
We add few trends and try to get each one exactly right, because the clip is what your video copies. Pick the wrong clip or the wrong seconds and every video made from it is wrong too. So each trend goes through the four steps below. How we find trends has the full checklist and what became of each trend we've sourced.
- We spot it. We look for clips that strangers on TikTok, Reels and Shorts are remaking with new faces. Visitors' suggestions get the same look.
- We check it's a real trend. That means at least five remakes by different creators, not one viral post and its reposts, plus signs people want it: searches, or visitors asking for it.
- We find the moment people copy. We line the remakes up side by side and keep only the seconds most of them share. With I Wanna Love You, the remakes copy the white cat's whole 9.7-second clip, not the orange cat's longer 19-second routine that one remake site uses as its sample, so the white cat's clip is ours. A separate check then compares our cut with the remakes before it goes further.
- A person approves it. Since 14 Oct 2026, no new trend goes live without the owner's sign-off. Rumpelstiltskin was the first, approved on 14 Oct after three rounds of sourcing review, and I Wanna Love You followed on 16 Oct 2026.
Why we move fast, but not first
Remake trends are short. For the six AI video remakes of 2026 we timed, Google search peaked a median 4.5 days after the first AI remake, and the three that had halved by 14 Oct did so 3 to 7 days after their peak. The full dataset is in how long TikTok trends last.
We were late to all six: each had passed its search peak before this domain was registered on 13 Oct 2026. So we now look for remakes before the searches arrive. But a trend that goes up a day later with the right clip beats one that goes up first with the wrong seconds, so the checks above never get skipped.
Three trends that show how we work
All three are live. Each one shows a rule from this page.
- Rumpelstiltskin Dance↗ Rising ≈57M views · 1–2 people · 9s The sound rule. Your video keeps the AI film's own music. Most TikTok remakes swap in Riff Raff's track when they post, and you can do the same in TikTok. Play the imp alone, or bring a friend as the maiden: 4 of the 8 AI recasts we compared on 14 Oct recast her too. See yourself in it
- I Wanna Love You↗ Rising ≈55M views · 1 pet · 10s The exact-moment rule, and the pet rule. Our clip is the white cat's 9.7-second original that the recasts copy, and your pet goes in as the whole animal, in the same suit. Approved on 16 Oct 2026. See yourself in it
- Bulin 47↗ Rising ≈380M views · 1 person · 15s The estimate rule. It's the biggest trend on the site by our count, but that count is an estimate, so its page shows the likely range and the date we read it. Google searches for it peaked on 10 Oct 2026; its original post was still gaining plays when we read it on 16 Oct. See yourself in it
Trends we track but don't make yet
Some trends break before we can make them, and some we never will. For those we write a dated page that says plainly it isn't on the site, how far along the trend is (rising, at its peak or already fading) and where it came from. They're listed under Rising on the trends page.
Where we could make one, its page has an Ask for it button. Leave your email if you like: we use it only to tell you when that trend goes live. Seen a trend we don't list at all? Suggest it with the TikTok, Reel or Short link. We read every suggestion, and each goes through the same four steps and the same approval.
What we don't do
Six things we rule out. The detail is in our privacy policy, our consent rules and is AI face swap safe, which follows a photo from upload to deletion.
- Train AI on your photos. We don't, we don't sell them, and we don't build face templates from them.
- Hold on to them. Photos, results and share links are deleted 30 days after they're made. Delete my data on Your videos clears them sooner.
- AI photo prompts. Since 14 Oct 2026 we only remake viral videos. A photo-prompt trend gets a dated page at most, never a maker.
- Videos of anyone under 18, of anyone who didn't agree, sexual content or political deepfakes. Our photo check stops photos of people who look under 18.
- Invent numbers. Numbers on our pages come with a source and the date we read them, and estimates say so. How we check facts shows how. We show no ratings, reviews or customer counts, because we don't have real ones to show yet.
- Claim ties we don't have. We're not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or the creators whose clips start the trends. Their videos and music stay theirs.

Questions people ask
What does jump on the trend mean?
To join in on something while it's popular. We took the name literally: the site exists to put you in a viral video trend while it's still rising, not after it's over.
Do AI apps keep your photos?
It depends on the app, so read its privacy policy before you upload. We keep yours only to make and deliver what you asked for, delete them automatically after 30 days with the results and share links, and never train AI on them. Seven questions to ask any app.
Can I use AI generated videos for commercial use?
Our terms cover using what you make for yourself and posting it on social media, and we don't claim ownership of it. The trend's original clip and music still belong to their owners, though, and we have no right to license them for ads or paid work. Ask the rights holders before any commercial use.
Is Jump on the Trend a TikTok trend tracker?
A narrow one. We track AI video remake trends across TikTok, Reels and Shorts, not every dance or sound. The ones you can star in are on the trends page, with the rising ones we don't make yet listed under Rising.
