Starrd's own guide, published on 30 Jun 2026, describes it as a mashup of two things pet owners already post: spy-cam pet videos, where a camera on the collar shows what the pet gets up to, and AI videos of pets dancing or DJing. The guide's example starts with a pair of hands clipping a tiny camera to a pet's collar and runs down a dim stairwell to a club full of copies of that pet under lasers and confetti; Starrd's preview video plays it with a Shiba Inu and a dance floor packed with identical Shibas.
