AI trends on TikTok, with your face in them

TikTok AI video trends you can star in: the original clips

A clip remake keeps the real TikTok, its moves, camera, setting and sound, and puts your face or your pet into it. Plays are the numbers TikTok showed when we read each post, on the date in brackets.

1. I Wanna Love You↗ Rising ≈58M views · 1 pet · 10s From an AI pet account. @novoreel put up the white cat in a mustard corduroy suit on 1 Oct 2026, and by 19 Oct it showed about 22.9M plays and 3.5M likes. The routine borrows from a person's night-selfie video posted a few days before. Owners were recasting it within days: one orange cat in a cap, on @fluffyfishlover, reached about 6.3M plays. Yours is one pet, about 10 seconds, upright, with the Akon song already on it. See yourself in it
2. Single Ladies Dog↗ Rising ≈66M views · 1 pet · 15s 44.6M plays in 15 days. The first pet versions, a CapCut template among them, appeared on 29 Sep 2026; then @king_odiee posted Odie, a long-haired dachshund, in the middle of a Single Ladies line-up on 4 Oct 2026: about 44.6M plays and 5.5M likes on 19 Oct. A white Maltese on @miso_ara went up the same day and had about 16.0M. Odie's owner later showed it was made from one photo of the dog and a reference dance video. Yours puts one pet in the middle spot for 15 seconds. See yourself in it

On 27 Sep a TikTok edit by @musicjunkie5210 looped the imp's tiptoe dance over Riff Raff's track, and had about 6.1M plays on 19 Oct; the biggest AI recast we found, a Bonnie and Clyde version from 7 Oct on @tip.toe.n.my.jordans, had about 5.6M. The AI artist Bellvtrix (@bellvtrix.ai) posted the clip on Instagram on 2 Oct 2026, over Bronski Beat's 1984 song "Smalltown Boy", and its TikTok sound appeared the same day. Bellvtrix's own TikTok of it had about 10.7M plays on 19 Oct, and @zefosik's version with their own two cats, from 8 Oct, had about 3.7M. Yours takes two pets, 21 seconds, sound included. An early AI swap put a cat in the freestyler's place, and an own-face version from @visjanukcenaj on 8 Oct, about 906K plays, became the cut people copy. Yours: you under the red lights, 15 seconds, beat included. See yourself in it
7. La Calabaza↗ Rising ≈140M views · 3 pets · 14s Three AI kittens on a roadside. @meowtakeover posted them dancing in sync on 27 Aug 2026, one in a cowboy hat and one in glasses: 29.1M plays, 4.1M likes and 2.3M shares by 19 Oct. TikTok AI templates: one photo, a format that grew on TikTok

These don't copy one clip frame by frame. Each makes a short new video around your photo, modelled on a format that took off on TikTok. Counts are as read on the dates given; where a template site did the counting, we say so.

1. Clapping Cat ≈220M views · 1 pet · 5s One cat, one account. Aleksandr Kim (@merkurianin) posted his own black cat grinning and slow-clapping with human hands on 25 Sep 2026, on TikTok and as an Instagram reel, captioned only #cat. On 16 Oct the TikTok showed 43.9M plays, 6.2M likes and 2.3M shares; Know Your Meme had given it an entry on 5 Oct. Your cat or dog does the clapping, about 5 seconds. See yourself in it
2. How I Become a Millionaire in 30 Days ≈30M views · 1 person · 10s A comedy skit, then AI dogs. @glowboynoah posted it on TikTok on 18 Sep 2026: he asks his phone how to become a millionaire in 30 days and is told to get a job (2.3M plays on 18 Oct). Copies over his audio began on 12 Oct, and an AI dog version by @zenoxlayla from 16 Oct had about 6.1M plays two days later. Yours is you, or your pet, asking the phone, 10 seconds. See yourself in it
3. Money Flex ≈50M views · 1 person · 10s The 'money money money' routine. A CapCut template post started it on TikTok on 9 Oct 2026, and an AI dog doing the same bedroom cash routine took it wide: a TikTok repost opening with that dog had 5.5M plays on 20 Oct. You, or your dog on its hind legs, hug a pile of banded cash, throw it at the lens, rip a band and fan the bills. Ten seconds, silent, so add the sound in TikTok. See yourself in it
4. Toc Toc Dance ≈430M views · 1–2 people · 10s A real dance from France. One-foot hops and a knock on a door that isn't there, to Patrick Sébastien's 2015 party song. The Gendarmerie nationale posted a clip to it on 24 Sep 2026. @castinggastro's 11-second solo of 28 Sep (3.4M views on 16 Oct) is the cut most versions copy, by MakeViral's account, and a dorm-hallway take by @4thfloorboys (6 Oct) had 27.1M. Solo, with a friend, or your pet. See yourself in it
5. Ramalama Costume Walk↗ Rising ≈2000M views · 1 person · 10s Back for a second Halloween. Costume walks to Róisín Murphy's "Ramalama (Bang Bang)" were on TikTok by late July 2025, by RouteNote's account. Your person comes out of the fog turned, you lower the gun, and it cuts to a golden day from before. Two people, 10 seconds. See yourself in it
7. My Ride Is Here ≈45M views · 1 person · 10s A broomstick commute. The earliest broom post we found came from a CapCut template account, @brandytuan3245, on 22 Sep 2026. The name came from @rora_dd's Spanish post of 27 Sep, "¡Ya llegó mi transporte!" (about 543.8K plays on 16 Oct). You or your pet glide past a car window on a broom, 10 seconds. See yourself in it

Ours has the bear rise up behind you or your pet, 10 seconds. See yourself in it

TikTok numbers for each trend, read on 16, 18 and 19 Oct 2026

Who posted the clip that started each TikTok wave, what it showed when we read it, the sound it runs on, and the video you get here. The first nine are clip remakes; the rest are one-photo templates.

TikTok rounds plays above a million to the nearest 0.1M, so small day-to-day moves can be rounding. The views on each trend card are our own estimates across the copies we counted, and each trend page says how and when we made them.

The TikTok AI trend songs, trend by trend

People search for the TikTok AI trend song as if there were one. There isn't: each trend runs on its own sound, and on a clip remake that sound is already inside the video you get. Here is what plays under each, described, since we never print a song's words.

All of them, and the older tracks behind other AI trends, are collected in AI trend songs.

• I Wanna Love You: Akon's 2006 single with Snoop Dogg, a Billboard Hot 100 No. 1. The cat sings its opening bars, and TikTok lists the audio as @novoreel's original sound.
• Single Ladies Dog: an edit of Beyoncé's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)", the song whose three-dancer video is why any trio routine reads as Single Ladies at a glance.
• Smalltown Boy Cats: Bronski Beat's "Smalltown Boy" (1984), a UK No. 3 sung by Jimmy Somerville. TikTok lists it as Bellvtrix's original sound.
• Rumpelstiltskin: the TikTok edits run on Riff Raff's "Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz"; the video you get keeps the AI film's own music, so add Riff Raff's track in TikTok if you want it.
• Gang Gang Dance: "Gang Gang Gangland", the version of the West Coast rapper Chef Boy's "Gang Gang" with YG and Mozzy, heard the way it played in the battle room.
• La Calabaza: guaracha, a fast club style, from the independent producer Pumpky. "La calabaza" is Spanish for "the pumpkin", which is why the sound came back this October.
• Unforgettable Car: French Montana featuring Swae Lee, a 2017 single that reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. On TikTok the cut shows only as an original sound.
• Toc Toc Dance: Patrick Sébastien's 2015 knock-knock party song; the knock in the chorus cues the dance's fist move.
• Ramalama Costume Walk: Róisín Murphy's "Ramalama (Bang Bang)", from her first solo album, Ruby Blue (2005). The sound words in its chorus work like a drum, so you step on them.

Do you need a prompt for the TikTok AI trend?

No, not for a clip remake. The original TikTok is the template: the moves, the camera and the sound are already decided, so there's nothing for you to write. Your photo supplies the face (or the whole animal), and everything else in the clip stays where it was. If a preview looks off, type a short fix in plain words and it's made again.

The templates don't need one either, because each scene is already written. A prompt only matters if you build the video yourself in a general AI video app, and even then you're describing a scene, not copying a particular TikTok.

Which app is the TikTok AI trend made with?

There isn't one app behind them. Several spread through CapCut templates: the first broom templates for My Ride Is Here, the My Beloved Zombie template, and a Single Ladies template that swaps a pet into the middle spot. Some of the clips that started things came from AI video accounts such as @novoreel and @meowtakeover.

You don't need a template app to do these. You make the video on this site, save it to your phone and post it to TikTok like any other clip. A longer look at the options is in which app makes the AI trend videos.

AI video generator for TikTok trends: what's free and what isn't

The preview is free: a still of you, or your pet, in the trend's scene, four tries a day, with no card. The finished video is 100 credits ($6.99), the same for one person, two people or your pets, and if it fails the credits come back by themselves. Templates come out in 1080p; on a clip remake, HD 1080p is 50 credits more. So this isn't a free generator, and we'd rather say so here than on the pay button.

Photo templates are priced differently: 5 credits a photo after the free preview. What's actually free compares the usual offers.

How to do the AI trend on TikTok, and post it

The short version is below. The long one, with what changes in your photo and when to post, is how to do the AI video trend on TikTok.

1. Pick a trend

Tap a card at the top and check who it takes: you alone, two people, or one to three pets.

2. Add a photo

One clear, front-facing photo for each person, or one for each pet with its face showing. Only use photos of adults who said yes to being in it. Tips are in the best photo for a face swap.

3. Look at the free preview

A still of you in the scene arrives in about a minute. You get up to three tries per trend.

4. Make the video

100 credits ($6.99). We email you when it's ready, and you pay only for a video that's made.

5. Post it on TikTok

Save it and upload it as a new post. Most are already 9:16, TikTok's full-screen shape; Unforgettable Car is wide, so post it as it is rather than cropping the car away. Clip remakes carry their sound with them. Templates come with sound made for the scene, or none, so add the trend's sound from TikTok's sound picker and turn the original down. Name the trend in the caption: Copy caption gives you a line and four hashtags. TikTok asks creators to label realistic AI-generated content, so label yours (TikTok's help page).

New AI dance trend on TikTok: the ones you can do here

The dance craze near its peak in mid-October is Toc Toc, and most of it is people doing it for real: worldwide Google searches for "toc toc trend" first registered on 2 Oct 2026 and peaked on 10 Oct. The AI version gives you the hop, the knock and the kick without learning it, alone, with a friend or with your pet.

For a battle floor, Gang Gang Dance is a freestyle full of knee pops and loose arms; for a party stage, Cheba Man does the Tecktonik arms. The pet dances are Single Ladies Dog and the three-kitten La Calabaza, and for Halloween there's the Thriller dance. Every dance trend we make is in AI dance trends.

The AI dog trend on TikTok, and the cat ones

The dog trend of the month is Single Ladies Dog: Odie the dachshund made it big on 4 Oct, and owners followed with doodles, goldens, a chow and a cockapoo. Dogs also star in La Calabaza, where three dachshunds now outplay the original kittens, and dog versions of I Wanna Love You arrived from 9 Oct.

Cats have Clapping Cat and the suited Akon cat. The newest is Singing Pet: a pet in a towel in the bath, belting a note into a hair dryer. MakeViral dates its first post to 14 Oct 2026, a Rottweiler called Charlie. Your whole animal goes in, coat and markings included. More in AI pet trends.

The TikTok AI couple trend

This October it's Zombie Love Story, made from two photos, one of each of you. Your person walks out of the fog grey-skinned, you let the gun drop, and the run into your arms cuts to a sunny day from before. On 1 Oct 2026 @sinifreak made one with his wife, writing that AI isn't usually his thing; it had 782.6K plays on 16 Oct.

For something slower, Raindance puts the two of you on a wooden pier at golden hour, from Dave and Tems' music video. Both people need to be adults who agreed to it. More in AI couple trends.

TikTok AI photo trends: the photo templates here

Some of what TikTok calls an AI trend is a still picture, not a video. Three of our photo templates come from TikTok habits. Tarot Card redraws you as the figure on an illustrated card; Dazed wrote about AI tarot on TikTok on 1 Aug 2024. Arcade Fighter Select makes you the newest fighter on a 1990s select screen, after the Choose Your Character parodies that spread on TikTok in November 2018. Pet Halloween Portrait sits your dog or cat beside a glowing jack-o'-lantern, a cousin of the ghost photoshoot that started on TikTok on 10 Sep 2020.

You see a free watermarked preview first, then each finished photo is 5 credits. Any of them can become a 5-second video with Make it move (50 credits).
