On 18 Jul aieffect.art's Halloween roundup listed an "AI Haunting Doll" effect (pale porcelain skin, oversized eyes, visible joint lines), and by 18 Oct insMind sold a "Creepy Doll" effect with cracked porcelain skin and head tilts, Pollo AI sold several doll effects (going by its search listings), and ClipTrend had a Doll Makeup photo tool with a "Painted cracks" look. On 18 Oct 2026 Google finishes "haunted doll" with "trend" and "creepy doll" with "AI" and "trend".

Then the glaze spreads, the cracks tick across your cheek, your head jerks to one side while your shoulders stay frozen, your eyes go glassy, and the music box winds down on your fixed smile. Your face, hair and glasses stay yours under the porcelain and your clothes come from your photo, just a little dusty. It's written with no blood and nothing breaking open: spooky, not gory. It's for adults: use your own photo, or another adult's with their yes. The sound is made with the clip: the music box, a creaking chair and small ceramic clicks, with no voices.
