What is the Jelly Bed AI trend?
The jelly bed AI trend is a short video of someone standing on a giant see-through jelly mattress that wobbles under every step, swallows them to the knees when they jump and bounces them back. Here you add one photo of yourself, or of your cat or dog, and get a free preview still of you on the bed in about a minute, then the 10-second video in 1080p for 100 credits ($9.90). Most people find it by asking whether it's real: on 18 Oct 2026 Google finishes "jelly bed ai" with "video" and "or real", and YouTube adds asmr, tutorial and "not ai".
The version that went viral was a design concept that fooled a lot of people. AI ASMR channels were already posting wobbling gelatin beds by late August 2025, but the clip that took off went up on 10 Oct 2025 (US time): the concept-product site Inspiring Designs posted a 33-second YouTube Short captioned "I think I'm obsessed! I need a jelly bed immediately!", the same clip on Instagram, and the next morning a blog post about glossy, glowing jelly beds in colours from cherry red to ocean blue. The Short had 16.38M views when we read it on 18 Oct 2026, and the post now carries a notice, added after it went up, that the bed is the site's own concept design and has never been manufactured, tested or offered for sale. Primetimer called it an AI-generated design concept on 13 Oct 2025, but the copies were already coming: a man jumping into one on 16 Oct, cats and a dog from 23 Oct, a green jelly bed with 2.79M views on 29 Oct. A second wave presented it as a bed from China, the biggest a 13 Nov comedy Short with 28.2M views, and in February 2026 an Indonesian Short asking whether we'd all been fooled passed 7M.
Ours is a generic jelly bed: a king-size block of translucent raspberry-pink jelly on a plain wooden frame in a bright bedroom, with no brand, label or logo anywhere. You stand on it barefoot in plain loungewear, bounce, jump and sink to your knees, then fall back into it and laugh while it trembles. Your face, hair, facial hair and glasses come from your photo. Lime jelly swaps the colour to green, and Your pet gives the bed to your cat or dog. The video comes with thick, squelchy jelly sounds and no music, so add a sound when you post. It's an AI video, and nobody sells the bed.
Is the Jelly Bed trend still growing?
Past its peak, still searched. The jelly bed wave broke in the second half of October 2025: most of the big copies we found went up between 14 Oct and 13 Nov 2025, with a second round of "is it real?" Shorts in early 2026. A year on, Google still completes "jelly bed ai" with "or real" and "jelly mattress" with buying questions, YouTube completes "jelly bed ai" with asmr and tutorial, and ClipTrend is the one template site in our radar selling it (radar score 1.0). This is a catch-up page for people who want to make their own, not a rising trend.
How to do the Jelly Bed trend: by hand or in one click
By hand: put your photo into the scene with an image model, regenerate until the face looks like you, give that still to an image-to-video model with the moves written out, then check the face holds to the last frame.
Here, in one click: add a photo for each person, see a free preview still of you in the scene, then make the 1080p video from it. You pay only when it’s ready.
Jelly Bed mixes
- Raspberry jelly
- Lime jelly: Lime version: the mattress is translucent lime-green jelly instead of raspberry pink, with soft green light glowing through it onto the floor; everything else stays the same
- Your pet: No person: the pet, the whole animal, stays a real animal on top of the jelly and never sinks out of sight. 0-3 s it steps forward, puzzled, as the jelly wobbles under each paw; 3-6 s it pounces and lands as the jelly ripples out in glossy rings; 6-10 s it flops onto its side, rolls once and ends looking at the camera, ears up. No barking or voices
Photo tips for Jelly Bed
- One sharp photo of you, face to the camera and well lit, waist up or closer.
- You're full length on the bed for most of the clip, so your face is small: a clear, front-facing photo helps it hold.
- Glasses stay if you wear them in the photo; take off sunglasses and hats.
- One person in the photo. Your clothes don't matter: you're in plain loungewear on the bed.
- For your pet: one sharp photo of the whole animal, standing or sitting, in good light.
Who to cast
- You (the classic)
- The friend who still wants a jelly bed
- Your cat or dog
- Anyone who believed it was real

You can preview yourself in the Jelly Bed scene free. The full 1080p video costs 100 credits, charged only when it's ready. Credits come in packs from $9.90 for 100 and work on any trend.
Which app makes the Jelly Bed AI video?
Creators put their photo into the scene with an image model, then animate it with an image-to-video model. This page does both for you from one photo: a free preview still first, then the video.
How many photos do I need for Jelly Bed?
One clear, front-facing photo per person (or pet). This template has room for 2. Add up to 3 photos of each for a closer likeness.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored privately, sent to the video model through short-lived links, never used for training, and deleted with your video after 30 days.
What is the jelly bed AI trend?
A short AI video of someone bouncing on a giant see-through jelly mattress that wobbles, swallows them to the knees and springs them back. Here it's made from one photo of you, or of your pet, on a raspberry-pink jelly bed in a bright bedroom.
Is the jelly bed real or AI?
AI. The clip that went viral came from Inspiring Designs, a concept-product site, which now says the bed is its own concept design and has never been manufactured, tested or offered for sale. Primetimer called it an AI-generated design concept on 13 Oct 2025.
Can I buy a jelly mattress?
Not the one in the videos. We found no seller of a see-through bed that wobbles like jelly, and neither did MalwareTips (12 Nov 2025). Mattresses sold as gel or gel-infused are foam beds with a gel layer, and they don't wobble like this.
Is the jelly bed from China real?
No. From late October 2025 Shorts started calling it a bed from China, one with 28.2M views, but none of the ones we checked names a maker or links to a shop, and we found no seller.
Is the jelly bed AI free?
The preview is free here: add a photo and see a still of yourself on the jelly bed in about a minute, with no card. The 10-second video is 100 credits ($9.90), in 1080p.
How do I make the jelly bed AI video?
Add one clear photo of yourself, or of your cat or dog, pick Raspberry jelly, Lime jelly or Your pet, and wait about a minute for the free preview still. If you like it, make the 10-second video from that still. You don't write a prompt.
Can I do it with my cat or dog?
Yes. Pick Your pet and add one sharp photo of the whole animal: it gets the bed to itself, paws sinking into the jelly, then pounces, lands and rolls. Cats and dogs were on AI jelly beds within two weeks of the viral clip; the earliest one we found is from 23 Oct 2025. More in AI pet trends.
Can I pick the colour?
Two colours: raspberry pink, the default, or lime green, like the green jelly bed Short that passed 2.7M views. The bed, the room and the moves stay the same.
How long is the video?
10 seconds: a bounce, a jump that sinks you to the knees, a fall backward and a laugh. The AI copies we found mostly run 8 to 15 seconds; the Inspiring Designs Short is 33.
What song is used in the jelly bed videos?
There's no song tied to it. The clips we found don't share a sound: the TikTok MalwareTips embeds uses its own original sound, and many YouTube versions are tagged ASMR. Yours comes with jelly squelches and wobbles and no music, so add a track in TikTok, Reels or Shorts when you post.
Is it the same as the "which bed would you sleep in" videos?
A cousin. Those are AI ASMR compilations of impossible beds, and jelly beds were in them before the trend: AImaginary posted a compilation of gelatin beds on 29 Aug 2025. The jelly bed trend is one bed and one person, or pet, jumping on it.
What photo works best?
One sharp photo of you facing the camera, waist up or closer, in good light, with nobody else in it and no sunglasses or hat. Your clothes don't matter: you're in plain loungewear on the bed.
Is my photo kept?
For 30 days, then it's deleted automatically, and it's never used to train AI. You can delete everything sooner with Delete my data on Your videos; the details are in our safety guide.
